The paper highlights the principles of the Quran’s methodology in elucidating verses pertaining to legal injunctions.

Research aims: The paper expounds the principles of the Quran’s methodology in explaining verses related to legal injunctions.

It is tailored to make those verses present in the minds of the propagators of Islam, educators and pioneering intellectuals who attempt to apply insights derived from those verses to people’s lives for purifying their moral behavior.

Research problem: What are the principles the Quran adopted in expounding verses related to legal injunctions? Research results: The Quran adopted creedal, intellectual, emotional and behavioral bases in expounding legal injunctions included in its verses.
