This study is concerned with the statement of one of the criticisms of the jurisprudence of the Maalikis, which is related to the science of jurisprudence jurisprudence in general and the graduation of branches to the branches in particular, which emerged as an alternative to independent Ijtihad, as the view of the people of the doctrine changed to the rule before and after the life of Imam Ibn Arabi, To revive the features of the Malikian school of money, and to achieve this researcher has defined this Imam and the science in which I work criticism, as explained the impact of those who came after Ibn Arabi.
