Abstract EN

The relationship between art and belief has always been ambiguous.

A reality that some refute because they consider art only as aesthetic.

While others think that it is a legal relationship to the extent that art is the quintessence of what is buried in us, visions and beliefs.

This study attempts to highlight the relationship between art and Islam as a belief through the theory of Islamic criticism.

We will try to demonstrate that Islamic criticism does not aim at marginalizing the beauty and pleasure of the text.

The Islamic approach in criticism is not isolated from global changes and world literature but constitutes a modern approach that follows our religious visions.
