This study focus on strategic entrepreneurship as a new approach for organizations that seek to promotion their competitiveness through the collection of entrepreneurship elements and combine it with the strategy in the form of an integrated perspective aims to create prosperity and integration between institutions.

Our findings suggest that it is necessary to keep up with the economic development through the adoption of entrepreneurship approach in building a strategy for the small and large enterprises.

the study recommended that the success of the strategic entrepreneurship in institutions depends on the success strategic leader in building vision with strategic dimensions and perspicacity on how achieve exclusivity that others can’t imitate
