This study examines the reasons for the collapse of oil prices in world markets And the future of prices in case of the current developments And its implications for the national economy, So that it produced serious repercussions that posed real challenges left by the shock of the collapse of oil prices Those who did not need to adjust their development plans to adjust the fiscal situation The future course of oil prices is surrounded by an atmosphere of uncertainty Suggesting short-term volatility ,The risk of adverse developments arises from the possibility of lowerthan-expected demand growth in major developed economies.

The research aims at clarifying and analyzing the oil investment systems and highlighting the most appropriate systems And its harmony with the current economic situation in Algeria And the need to activate alternative sources of income in order to finance the state budget resources
