This paper deals with the development of oil prices and exchange rates of the US dollar to determine the nature of the relationship and the impact between the exchange rates of the US dollar and fluctuations in oil prices in the world oil markets, through the use of annual data for variables during the period 2000-2017 plus other variables and applying the "ARDL" model on them with the determination of this relationship by the "Granger" causation.
