I worked Algeria since the nineties in the preparation of a favorable investment climate to attract foreign investors, but they have not attained the desired goals which reported limited results in terms of number of foreign investments achieved thus becoming attract and attract foreign investors, a major challenge for Algeria process in light of the intense competition from neighboring countries in this area on the one hand, and the urgent need to launch the product in the course of building the economy and reviving the industrial sector on the other hand, despite the various privileges and guarantees granted to foreign investors.
