Despite the importance of agriculture sector in guarantee food security, as for as economic and national security for the country Algeria could not progress this sector a suitable level, especially that the bad situation of this sector in Algeria did not caused by natural or environment al factors but it is a result of some default policies which development process in Algeria is witnessed from independence, thus giving importance to increase food production and diversification resources and increase its quality trough agricultural policy within precise strategy, limited in time and with rational objectives, because it is important and urgent.
