The aim of this articale is identify the various requirements and factors that contribute directly to the success of the enterprise resource planning system ERP.

This latter is one of the latest uses of the information technology organization who Achieves many of the systemic and commercial benefits of the institution.

This is justified by the increasing demand for institutions to implement this system, but the installation process is subject to a many risks and obstacles that may lead to the failure of the total or partial functioning of the ERP system.

In our study, we found that ERP system compatibility, enterprise operations, system support, senior management support, communication, application management, process reengineering, change management, and training are the key success requirements for Enterprise Resource Planning ERP applications.
