Through this study, we investigate the factors that influence the functional performance in Numidia's slag and determine which is the most influential in the performance.

This was done by means of a questionnaire composed of three axes, the first axis The second focus on human, organizational and technical factors affecting functional performance, and the third focus on functional performance.

The results of the study indicate the presence of a large impact of factors (organizational, human and technical) and the most influential factors are the organizational factors, the study recommended the need to provide Material Conditions of Work and a Greater attention to the organization side
