Abstract EN

The university plays a leading role in the preparation of qualified human power to work in different sectors by providing it with the necessary knowledge and skills to enable it to coexist with the technical era and strengthen it with sophisticated means to keep up with the rapid progress of modern technologies and innovations.

Technological change requires increased technological engineers and qualified frameworks.

It also requires the development of training and teaching methods in order to modernize and deepen the skills, knowledge and scientific abilities, raising the level of human resources and providing modern and advanced equipments that help to achieve the desired development and progress.

The aim of this article is to identify the nature of the role played by the university in developing and the habilitation of the necessary frameworks to face the technological change through interest in curriculum developing higher education on the one hand, and linking the university with it's economic and industrial environment on the other.

As well as work to guide scientific research and technological development to serve the comprehensive development and keep up with the technological changes.
