The Algerian economy is considered to be a first-class economy dependent on its hydrocarbon exports by more than 96%.

This indicatesthatitseconomyis not diversified.

But in light of the fluctuations in the prices of fuel, Algeria found itself facing a serious problem, so it sought to diversify its economyby diversifying its exports outside the hydrocarbons sector and adopting diversification policies in the area of tourism, renewable energies and economic sectors (agricultural and industrial) to solve this problem.

The studyprovedthatAlgeria has not yetreached the diversification of itseconomydespite the efforts made to do so.
