It is also characterized by speed and confidentiality of the dispute and the lack of procedures and their simplicity, unlike the regular judiciary, which is characterized by lengthy procedures, the lack of confidentiality of the dispute and lack of expertise.

Despite the various advantages that surround arbitration as an alternative way to resolve disputes, the practical reality has proved that there are many problems both during the conclusion of the arbitration agreement or when the effects of the arbitration agreement arise.
