Algeria followed way by the adoption of the publicity kind since the mid seventies of the last century in a bold step from the national country, to regulate the property real estate thanks Algerians legislation, especially real estate legislation, but this adoption is truncated from the most important principle of the publicity kind , it the principle of absolute authority , this is what we see from the text of article 16 of the decree of establishment land registry which allow review of the final estate numbering
