Abstract EN

The present paper aims to present the theoretical side of the political actor from public policy point of view in order to use it as a kx>l to analyze influential actors in the design and evaluation of rural development policy ill Algeria.

In this context, attempts have been made to apply the Muller model in the classification of political actors.

The actors involved are multiple and whose rotes and functions have become entangled and overlapping in the design, implementation and evaluation of rural development policy in Algeria.

The latter has always accompanied agricultural policies since 2002 until now.
