the current research aims to identify: 1- Stand on the conceptual framework of blended learning.

2- Diagnosing the reality of applying blended learning at Helwan University from the students' point of view Research methodology and tools In light of its objectives, the current research required the use of the descriptive method, and within its framework a study method was used the researcher used a number of tools: Questionnaire: which was applied to a sample of Helwan University students.

Personal interviews: with a sample of Helwan University students, as well as faculty members.

Coexistence: considering that the study was conducted in the researcher's workplace.

The results of research Through what was presented in the theoretical framework and the results of the field research, the current research suggested some requirements for improving the application of blended learning at Helwan University, as follows: (1) Requirements related to infrastructure development and technology.

(2) Requirements related to developing the performance of faculty members.

(3) Requirements related to preparing and training students.

(4) Requirements related to managerial and organizational aspects.
