Education is a fundamental factor in the development process of any society, and an important factor for the individual because it allows him to have prospects of change, prosperity, determination of his destiny, and openness to his society.

It is the criterion of its stability and success, so all nations consider it a very important factor, and Egypt is one of the countries that has been interested in setting a vision to achieve sustainable development until 2030.

Egypt's vision came in basic education 2030, to be in line with the fourth goal of sustainable development, which is: ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education for all and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all, and achieving this require providing long-term sustainable financing for spending on educational institutions.

Therefore, the research aimed to propose resources to achieve financial sustainability to meet the requirements of Egypt's vision in basic education 2030, and to use the descriptive and analytical approach in describing and analyzing the literature related to the research topic.

The research found sources to achieve financial sustainability in basic education, which are: sources based on rationalizing educational spending and raising its efficiency, sources based on developing self-resources for schools, and sources based on community participation in financing basic education.
