Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify reality of application of electronic supervision of educational supervisors in Riyadh, in addition to identify the obstacles of its application and ways to overcome these obstacles.

To achieve the research objectives, a descriptive survey method was adopted.

The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data.

The research sample consisted of (261) educational supervisors.

The main results of the research are the following : 1.

Electronic supervision is applied by educational supervisors in Riyadh at high degree.

There are obstacles that limit the application of electronic supervision by the female supervisors in Riyadh at high degree.

3.

The research sample agreed on ways to overcome the obstacles to the application of electronic supervision at very high level, where the rate of agreement reached 88.3%.

4.

There are statistically significant differences between the responses of the research sample on the ways to overcome the obstacles of the application of electronic supervision due to the educational qualification, in favor of those with a bachelor's degree.

There are also statistically significant differences on the degree of application of electronic supervision and the ways to overcome them due to the number of years of experience in favor of those who have between five and ten years.

As well as training courses in the field of electronic supervision in favor of those who have more than three courses.

There are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the research sample on the obstacles of the application of electronic supervision due to the number of years of experience or training courses in the field of electronic supervision, or about the degree of application of electronic supervision, and obstacles to the application of electronic supervision due to educational qualification.
