The study aimed to identify Effectiveness of A proposed program based on cloud computing to develop the forms application skills for educational technology students at the Faculty of Specific Education, The study group consisted of (40) educational technology students, they were divided into two groups, (20 experimental, 20 control), the study followed the semi-empirical approach, the study tools consisted of A list of forms application skills, an achievement test to measure forms application skills, a performance note card, The results showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in both the achievement test and the performance note card for the experimental group, This demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed program based on cloud computing to develop the forms application skills for educational technology students at the Faculty of Specific Education
