The great openness of the insurance markets, locally and globally, and increased competitiveness among insurance companies, have led the latter to the need to develop their competitive advantage, to ensure their survival and continuity in an environment characterized by constant change.

insurance companies are relying, in that , on several intakes, most importantly financial resources, through the optimal investment of accumulated funds ,achieving financial revenue , and then orienting these revenues to fulfill their commitments and obligations, and to promote their competitive competences and achieve differentiation and develop competitive advantage elements of growth , differentiation, creativity and innovation , cost leadership.
