Abstract EN

The study aimed to see how corporate governance has affected organizational effectiveness, based on the analytical descriptive approach and the field study approach.

The study was carried out through a statistical test of an estimated sample size of 32 workers at the "Mecheri for Hydraulic Pipes" institution in the State of Bordj Bouarreridj, and the data was collected using the questionnaire.

After the statistical processing of the data collected by the SPSS program, the results showed that the Foundation applied governance principles and that the organizational effectiveness achieved was very high, and the results showed that governance had a strong and positive impact on organizational effectiveness at both the internal and external levels, and the study recommended that a culture of governance be promoted among Algerian institutions.
