If we look at the subject of awareness (consciousness) from a holistic point of view, we see that the study of consciousness includes all social, economic, and political levels, and it indicates that consciousness is the harvest of people's recognition and perceptions of the world around them, including the relationships it contains with human nature and ideas, which is recognition and perception.

It is determined by a historical constructive state of a specific society, meaning that awareness is of a historical and constructive character, and awareness in general and political awareness in particular allows individuals to perceive and know the social and political conditions in the country and the problems they live in, so that at that time they have the ability to analyze, judge and determine a position on it, so they rush and move in order to change and develop it.

One of the means ensuring the acquisition of a rational political awareness system capable of analyzing events objectively and academically are the means of political upbringing.

Through these means, political values are inculcated in individuals and direct their behavior in a way that serves the higher interest of society and in a way that creates good citizens who are able to understand and analyze political reality by scientific studied methods.
