The design of e-courses must be based on clear and specific criteria.
However, many e-courses do not take into account this and the international standards for e-course design are Quality Matters.
The current research aims to study the impact of the development and construction of Arabic e-courses in the light of "Quality Matters International standards" on the achievement and performance of graduate students specializing in computer.
"Computer in Education", the researcher prepared an objective achievement test, and two practical tests, quarterly and final performance skills group, the researcher also prepared a survey of students included several axes to identify their satisfaction with the course, and applied tools to the experimental group The results of achievement and skills of the experimental group were compared with the control group.
The results proved the effectiveness of this course in the development of achievement and performance skills of graduate students.
This may be due to the existence of a course plan and clear instructions about the course for students, in addition to the existence of clear instructions on how to achieve learning objectives, where the students provided the goal and structure of the course in a clear and determined policy, and clarified the minimum technical skills that the student must possess, Harmonization of course design, which allowed easy movement of students, where there are no technical difficulties in the movement and arrangement of the contents of the course encouraged the interaction of students with the course, and provide adequate levels of technical and academic technical support, and the presentation of the required students in a brief while at the same time achieve the goal, One-way curriculum, presenting lectures arranged as modules (electronic index), creating interactive social and educational content explaining why technology is used in teaching the course, utilizing all available technologies such as virtual classrooms, discussions, blogs, virtual discussion rooms, wiki sites, groups and achievements, and facilitating access By designing tools to guide students through different parts.
