The aim of this study is to highlight the role of efficient financial market in attracting FDI, financial markets are the target for foreign and local investors who are interested in the efficient allocation of financial resources at their disposal, so those who rationalize their decisions and achieve Extraordinary profits under the efficient market.

So we set out a conceptual framework for an efficient financial market and FDI and literature as well as the relationship between them as economic theory, then assess the efficiency and stability of Kuwait financial market and its relation with FDI from the period from 2006 to 2016 Using the regression model conditional self-inconsistency errors and integration testing.

The study concluded: Kuwait financial market an efficient and stable market weak level, and there is a statistically significant relationship between foreign direct investment and market efficiency.
