إن الغاية من و راء هذه الدراسة هي تقسي دور الجامعة في خلق النية المقاولاتية للطلبة الجامعيين عن طريق نظرية السلوك المخطط (TPB) و لقد تمت الدراسة باستخدام طريقة النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية على عينة من طلبة الماستر في الجزائر و أظهرت النتائج أن عوامل نظرية سلوك المخطط تؤثر بشكل موجب على النية المقاولاتية للطلبة و أن ادراك التعليم الجامعي يؤثر على كل الموقف المقاولاتي و إدراك التحكم في سلوك لكن بشكل ضعيف و هذا راجع لضعف الأنشطة المقاولاتية ن طرف الجامعة وفي الأخير قمنا بوضع اقتراحات لدعم التعليم الجامعي للمقاولاتية.
Abstract EN
The aim of this study is to investigate the role of university in the creation of entrepreneurship intention to university students using the theory of planned behaviour (TPB).
the study is conducted by using the method of structural equations modeling on a sample of master students in Algeria.
the results showed thtat factors of the TPB positively affects the entrepreneurship intention of students, and perceived university support influences all entrepreneurial attitudes and perceived behaboural control, but poorly.
this is because of the weakness of entrepreneurial activities introduced by the univercity, finally, we have put suggestions to support univercity education for entrepreneurship
