الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو تحليل صدمات أسعار النفط و تأثريها على العمالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980-2017.
في هذه الدراسة نلجأ لاستخدام النماذج الغير خطية من فئة ال NARDL.
تظهر النتائج أن الصدمات في أسعار النفط غير متناظرة في المدى الطويل في حين أن تأثيراتها متناظرة و ضعيفة في المدى القصير.
النتائج بينت أيضا أن معدل التشغيل في الجزائر أكثر استجابة للصدمات الموجبة لأسعار النفط من الصدمات السالبة.
تقترح هذه الدراسة على صناع السياسات و القرارات في الجزائر توفير إيرادات النفط في وقت الرخاء لدعم مستوى التوظيف في فترات الأزمات النفطية
Abstract EN
The purpose of the present study is to analyse the oil price shocks and their impact on employment in Algeria during the period 1980-2017.
In this study we use the nonlinear models NARDL.
The results show that the effects in the variation in oil prices are asymmetric in the long run, while their effects are symmetrical and weak in the short term.
The results also showed that the rate of employment in Algeria is more responsive to positive oil prices shocks than negative shocks.
This study suggests the policy and decision makers in Algeria to save oil revenues in time of prosperity to support employment level in the oil price crisis period.
