Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of administrative communication on achieving effective administrative decisions in hotel sector.

The study used descriptive analytical methods to answer the study questions, and used a questionnaire for collecting quantitative data from the study sample, which consisted of 124 employees in hotel sector in Aden.

The structure equation modeling AMOS technique used to analyze the data; the findings showed that there was a significant effect of administrative communications means on the effectiveness of administrative decisions.

It also revealed that the administrative communications patterns have indirect significant influence on the effectiveness of administrative decisions through employees' communication skills, employees' communication skills also have a significant and direct influence on the effectiveness of administrative decisions in hotel sector in Aden.

The study concluded that hoteliers should focus on administrative communications to achieve effective administrative decisions.

In light of the findings, the study presented a set of recommendations to the stakeholder.
