Abstract EN

This study is interested in investigating the possibility of applying an econometric modelling to the economic relationship between the unemployment rate and public spending in Algeria during the period between (1970 and 2015), in order to try to understand and interpret the nature of the economic relationship between these two variables.

The study has concluded in its quest the capacity and effectiveness of the fiscal policy in encouraging public spending, which helps to reduce the unemployment rate in Algeria.
