Abstract EN

The targeted aim of this study will be to achieve the widest possible description in to demonstrate the factors determining the creation of an enterprise.

The study was conducted on a sample of Master students from the Faculty of Economic Sciences (University of Tlemcen).

The results of this research revealed that the students’ attitudes towards the intention of the creation of an enterprise is positive, the subjective norm has a positive influence on the prediction of the students' intentions, and finally the perceived control of the students has shown a positive effect towards the entrepreneurial intention
