تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم أداء السياسة النقدية في الجزائر في ظل سياسة التمويل غير التقليدي التي انتهجتها نتيجة التفاوت بين النفقات و الإيرادات العامة من جهة و تذبذب أسعار النفط من جهة أخرى من خلال دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990 إلى 2018 باستعمال نموذج ARDL.
توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر للسياسة النقدية في الجزائر على الناتج المحلي و التضخم و كذلك عدم استدامة الموازنة العامة في المدى الطويل نتيجة اعتمادها على الإيرادات النفطية و ضعف الاقتصاد الجزائري و ان سياسة التمويل غير التقليدي في الجزائر اثرت سلبا على الاقتصاد الوطني
Abstract EN
The aim of this work is to highlight the performance of monetary policy in Algeria in light of the unconventional financing policy on the one hand, and the fluctuation of oil prices on the other hand, through a standard study on the ARDL model from 1990 to 2018.
The study revealed that Algerian monetary policy had an impact on GDP and inflation, as well as on the unsustainable nature of the public budget in the long term because of its dependence on oil revenues and the weakness of the Algerian economy
