تدر الأشياء المستأجرة من عقارات والات و أراضي أموالا كثيرة على أصحابها على شكل دفعات يومية أو شهرية و كثيرا ما يقبضونها سنويا أو شهريا حسب اتفاق المؤجر و المستأجر لكن الفقراء لا ينالون نصيبهم من هذه الأموال لأن اعتقاد الأغنياء فيها أنها تأتي بشكل تدريجي و لا تدخل جيوبهم مرة واحدة مما يحرم الفقراء من نصيبهم كذلك مسألة صيانة تلك الأشياء و الضرائب المفروضة عليها يراها أصحابها كافية في حقهم.

make a lot of money to their Owners weekly, monthly or annually but the poor do not get their share of this money because the belief of the rich is that it comes gradually and its does not come in one go, also the issue of its maintenance and taxes they imposed on them they see it as sufficient for them.
