Abstract EN

This study focuses on the famous saying and the most correct sayings in the Maliki school, by showing their truths with the difference of the scholars of the doctrine in that and trying to provide the most correct statements of scholars.

The study also aims to show the ways of the Malik scholars - mercy and tenderness - when contradicting the famous saying with the most correct One issue.

In this study, the researcher used the inductive method when transferring the words of the scholars and narrating them and clarifying the evidence.

The researcher also used the analytical method when discussing the scholars' opinions, correcting some of them and falsifying the other.
