Abstract EN

This paper is a presentation of a set of jurisprudence of the Commander of the Faithful, Omar Ibnul-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, in the field of social service, which are, nowadays, the most important fields.

Although most of the writings in these fields have been done in western countries, there is now an urgent desire in the scientific and intellectual domains to try to root the social sciences to Islam (the so-called Islamization of social sciences).

Therefore, Omar may Allah be pleased with him, with his thought and genius is one of the most important figures that must be considered in order to publicize his jurisprudence, which can be used in the movement of Boarding civilization, and renewal.
