The subject of the Egyptian scientific figures in the Journey of Al-Qalasadi (675-746 AH / 1276-1345AD) is one of the important topics of Islamic history and civilization, such as Al-Qalasadi is a model of civilizational communication between the East and the West.

Taher al-Nuwayri al-Maliki and Alam al-Din al-Husni, and after staying in Egypt for about thirteen months, during which he met six Egyptian scholars, And he benefited from their knowledge and benefited from them, namely Zain al-Din Qasim al-Nuwayri, Taqi al-Din al-Shamni, Abd al-Salam al-Baghdadi, Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani, Shams al-Din Muhammad al-Karimi and Jalal al-Din al-Muhali, and they had clear imprints in the formation of his scientific culture, as they were among the most prominent Egyptian scholars known for their science at the time, Especially those who were from outside Egypt and settled there, and they had read by their hands their books that varied between religious and doctrinal books and books on interpretation, logic, philosophy, and explanations of various books, and some of them even allowed the Qasadi to have scientific licenses in his own handwriting.
