The research consists of an introduction, four chapters, and the conclusion: the introduction: in which i mentioned the importance of the subject, the reason for its choice, the research plan, and the first chapter: translated by Hafiz Ibn Hajar, and known by his book (elite thought), and showed its scientific value, and chapter ii: addressed the history of classification in modern sciences, the site of the book of elite thought of modern studies, and the methods of modernists in its division Chapter 3: I presented the method of al-Hafiz in the division of modern sciences, and showed its effect in the one who came after him, and chapter four: I discussed some divisions of al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar in his book (Elite of Thought), which I saw that the right thing has been done in some of them, including: the division of the hadith of the ones considering the number of their methods, the division of the weak hadith, and the conclusion: i mentioned the most important contents of the research and its results
