The research deals with the workforce and human elements in the libraries of SouthValleyUniversity (Aswan branch) in the light of the numbers of employees in those libraries of SouthValleyUniversity (Aswan branch).
And categories of workers and their qualifications in those libraries.
An analysis and description of the jobs of workers in those libraries at SouthValleyUniversity (Aswan Branch).
A study of the reality of workers in those of the SouthValleyUniversity libraries (Aswan branch).
This study depends on the descriptive field analytical approach, an approach that relies on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting facts in order to extract the most important results from the phenomenon under study that the total number of employees in the study libraries reached 66 employees in all university libraries South of the valley (Aswan branch).
Among the most prominent results of the study are that office-qualified workers in study libraries, as employees have reached only out of a total of 66 employees and that the largest proportion of higher qualifications were in non-specializing libraries and their number reached 31 employees 46.96% of the total employees of study libraries.
Among the most prominent recommendations of the study 3 - the importance of preparing courses Training for those who are not qualified and is based on preparing these courses by faculty members in the library and information departments.
The necessity of conducting training at various job levels and the training process be in accordance with the requirements of those jobs.
And the importance of participating in professional conferences, as well as seminars and participation in the courses and programs held, especially those related to the field of libraries.
And the importance of the need to provide informed and understanding leaders for the professional development activities of study librarians.
