Abstract EN

Arabian literary criticism had been renowned for highly influencing literary criticism, poetry and literature of both Arand non-Ardue to the multitude of varied literary Issues they discussed.

And since AL Jahiz was one of the most highly influential critics of Arabian literature, I wanted in this report to highlight some of the literary criticism issues proposed by Abu Othman Omar Bin Bahr Al Jahiz in his books ((Al-Bian wa Al-Tabyeen) &( Al-hyawan)).

He hadn't been a traditional critic, who had adopted his views and opinions from his mentors and teachers without a say in them.

His ability to debate and think contributed to his skilled approach.

His criticism opinions were found in the pages of his books, and he didn't compose literary criticism studies in a single book. I had started the study by an introduction in which I discussed the sections of the research, the main reasons and motivations that drove me to choose this topic and mentioning the methodology followed.

The information collected has been divided into two sections.

The first examines the most important literary issues in the era of Al-Jahiz, with a focus on Al-Jahiz's stance on each issue.

The second section addresses the most important literary issues of ((Al-Bian wa Al-Tabyeen )&( Al-hyawan)) using Al-Jahiz own words and lastly a conclusion consisting of statistics, results, sources and references.
