Abstract EN

The research is making an equalization between two poets Abi Tammam and Al-Buhturi and between two poems of the said poets.

These poems agreed on rhymes and syllables, the rhyme parsing and between meaning and another meaning which is this condition stipulated by Al-Amidi in the introduction of his book Equalization.

But by reading the parts of the book that are in our hands, we see that such equalization hardly exists! Therefore, this research was based on achieving the condition of Al-Amidi's Equalization in choosing two poems of the poets Abi Tammam and Al-Buhturi that meet the condition of Al-Amidi's Equalization.

To show the secrets of one of the poets outperforming the other by looking at their common meanings through syllables, rhyme, and rhyme parsing.

The researcher chose is based on that; the poetry's common purpose, the commendable, the syllables, the rhyme, its parsing, and the partial meanings, which made such equalization identify which poets are better than the other! As a result of this research, Abi Tammam surpassed Al-Buhturi in this Equalization overall.

In particular, both poems have equal meaning in explaining the effect of the time passage on the debris and the meaning of remembering the bloom of youth taking into account the rhyme in both verses.

As for the rest of the meanings of commendation, Abu Tammam is the better!
