قمنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية بدراسة العلاقة بين سياسة الانفاق العام و النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980-2019 وتوصلنا إلى أنه لا توجد علاقة سببية تفسر الناتج الداخلي الخام بواسطة نفقات التسيير و نفقات التجهيز كما أظهرت الدراسة الأثر الايجابي و المعنوي للناتج الداخلي الخام على الإنفاق العام و هو ما يعكس صحة قانون Wagner في الجزائر
Abstract EN
Through this research paper, we studied the relationship between public spending policy and economic growth in Algeria during the period 1980-2019, we found that there is no causal relationship between public spending policy and economic growth, as the study showed the positive and moral impact of the economic growth on public spending, which reflects the validity of Wagner's law in Algeria.
