Research Goal; Indication Of The Places Where Vowels Affect Consonants From a Strucural Of Point Of View In The Parts Of Single Word, And The Approaches That Research Fllowed Are Descriptive, Analytical, And Contrastive, And Some Other Approaches Where Also Used, Whenever Necessary, And Results Of The Research; That Strucural Effect Of Vowels In Consonants Is In Two Aspects; The First Of Them; From Point Of The Composition Of Words And Its Formation, The Second Of Them; From Point Of Significance Of Words.

As For Point Composition Of Words And Its Formation; That The Consonants Are Affected By Its Proximity To Vowels In The Following; In The Composition Of The Syllable, In The Composition Of Arabic Words In The Particular Method According To Its Vowels, In Prevention Diphthong Of The Two The Symmetric And The Convergent Ietters In The Single Word, In Strengthening The Voweled Consonant, Forifying, And Protecting It From The Alteration, In Preserving The Word Structure From Delation.

As For Point Of The Significance Of Word; That Cosonants Are Affected By Vowels In The Following; In Differentiating Between The Differnt Morphological Formulas, In The Changing The Connotation.
