There is no doubt that the term women's literature poses a fundamental question because it has two connotations: the first is literature written by women, and the second connotation refers to literature on women.

"Feminist literature" Except that some think that the term "feminist literature" (female writing) is not as clear as one would like, and lacks stability due to the objections it raises from some critics and reservations about it.

Some have accused it of being inaccurate, generalized and ambiguous.

Through this article, we want to shed light on the term “female literature”, trying to define its connotations and the concept of female writing and the course of the female novel in Algeria
