Abstract EN

Through this paper, we try to highlight the role of quality of work life in the field of modern ergonomics applications, based on the various studies that dealt with this topic; In particular, the importance of quality of work life and its contribution in the field of ergonomics; this paper seeks to survey some studies that dealt with indicators that we believe will contribute to achieving quality of work life, such as: job satisfaction and welfare at work.

In this context, and based on this theoretical reading and investigation of some previous studies, through this article, we will try to identify the most important obstacles or deficiencies that have prevented an adequate implementation of quality of life, and try to shed light on some of the indicators that we see their importance in achieving quality of work life in Ergonomics.
