We haven't received enough information about the history of the Kingdom of Numidia (about 220-46 BC)) as well as the history of its kings.

In this regard, we have got only a few scattered information in the Greek and Latin sources, noting that such information does not satisfy the researcher who is interested in the history of The political entities in this region and the biographies of their ruler.

However, this note could be not applied to some extent on the career of the Numidian king "Massinissa" (238-148 BC) compared to other kings of the region.

Within this framework the idea of shedding light on the civilized march of this king has emerged, by through studying the conditions of his rule, as well as his political and administrative rule, his internal and external policies, his achievements and his economic reforms.
