The Social Security Authority's authorization of workers constitutes the most important legal obligation approved by the Algerian legislator to the employer or employer, pursuant to Law No.

83-14 amending and supplementing the obligations of those in charge of social security.

In order to force employers to fulfill the content of the workers' declaration obligation, the Algerian legislator, in the aforementioned Act, has sanction financial and penal sanctions, granting both the Social Security Commission and the worker the right to penal follow-up against the employer who did not comply with the content of this obligation.
