Abstract EN

The employer has to assume to the rules and obligation toward our institution of social security, from the day the received his qualification as the manager and thus he become the first responsible according to the social security law, the aim to declare his activity and his employers is to protect and guaranty the rights that claim the workers, and also to permit them to get benefit from the advantages which our institution guaranty to the social insured from the social security, and also exclude and cut out all illegal activity or no economical, in order to restore and assure the contribution of all the subjugates to pay their shares, which co-operate to protect the economical balance and its continuation of the institution to the future generation.
