This study deals with the mystery of the life of Queen Hatshepsut and King Tutankhamun (the 18th Dynasty –The New Kingdom of Egypt), both of which have stirred great debate in ancient Egyptian history since the throne until death, Both have strong rivals who claim to be in power.

As well as the mysterious life conditions of each of them, which sparked a wide debate about the causes of death and whether it was assassinated by competitors.

This study discusses the possible causes of death in the light of recent discoveries and scientific progress, which allowed the re-examination of the mummies of each of them by CT scan of the CT scan and images of three-dimensional (Computer Tomography) and the examination of DNA, thus The causes of death are still vague for both the Queen and the King.
