Rafiq Sidam was one of the important and influential personality in a late Ottman`s state history and modern one of Turkey in twentieth`s century.

He was Istanbul`s son when he taught policy of state govern in a best way.

After he completed study in schools, he took part in fighting at that time, and noticed well economical and healthy.

So the study of his life and personality of Rafiq Sidam, political role, his grat services to Ottman`s state was very important.

To know all these through deeply knowledge, points of view of group leadership that established modern Turkey republic besides Mustafa Kamal Basha Rafiq Sidam was one of the important and influential personality in a late Ottman`s state history and modern one of Turkey in twentieth`s century.
