Due to the importance of studying the political relationships between the Arabian countries, the subject of Saudi Arabian- Libyan relationships is considered as one of the changeable subject.

Most of the stages of the stumbling relationships between Saudi Arabian and Libya, were characterized by a national sense, which contributed to their endurance until 2004, so that, this research is divided into three sections that tackled, in some details, the main points of these relationship which is the subject of the Due to the importance of studying the political relationships between the Arabian countries, the subject of Saudi Arabian- Libyan relationships is considered as one of the changeable subject.
