Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the effect of loyalty as a mediating variable in the relationship between human resources strategies and employee performance in Beith Hanoun Hospital.

The population of the study consisted of (200) employees.

A questionnaire was designed for this purpose and was distributed using the stratified random sampling technique.

The descriptive analytical method and the appropriate statistical tests were applied using SPSS.

The study concluded that human resource strategies and loyalty significantly affected employee performance.

In addition, loyalty partially mediated the relationship between human resource strategies and employee performance.
