1.

The teachers of aesthetics in the institutes of fine arts are among the most important teachers by virtue of the nature of the technical material which is the heart beating in the body of the institutes of fine arts, which feed students the basic material that includes the scientific and technical contents of the institutes, the research, and to improve the performance of teachers In the light of their professional competencies, the breed is the one who enhances their scientific material and deepens their scientific contents.2.

The aim of the recipient is to provide more cognitive skills and technical expertise that increase their psychological need for some aesthetic experience given to them by the teachers of the aesthetics.3.

The article is one of the most important vocabulary prepared by the Ministry of Education in the concepts of study in the institutes of fine arts in the Republic of Iraq.4.

To establish aesthetic culture in teaching practices and to make them an integral part of the professional balance that helps the competent teacher to make his teaching effective so as to ensure the achievement of the ultimate goal of the successive lectures project capable of providing the creative knowledge and response required to enable the advanced collection of aesthetics To increase the mental abilities and ensure the wishes of students receiving and intensifying their needs towards the desired educational thrill.

The current research aims to: 1.

Adopting a proposed training program to enable the performance of aesthetics teachers in the institutes of fine arts.2.

Identify the professional competencies needed to enable that performance in defining terms and then define: program, performance, in-service training, adequacy, and teaching.

The definition of competencies is procedural: it is the basic skills that the teacher should master, and must show these competencies through the behavior of the teacher and the achievements of the student.

The second part covered the theoretical framework that included the literature of the program.

The objectives of the proposed training program are to adopt the procedures of honesty and consistency of the research tool, the contents of the program, the identification of training needs, educational and behavioral goals, and professional competencies on the time of the basic teaching cases.

In the fourth section came the conclusions of research, recommendations, proposals and sources of Arab and foreign 1.
